The Welfare Association performs a vital, positive intervention in the special situation of the Palestinian refugee community in Lebanon in the areas of health care, rehabilitation, early childhood education and vocational and higher education.

Its recently expanded Health Care Fund, for example, is the only resource for Palestinians requiring financial assistance for needed surgery.
